What do I do if no matter how much I move the wheels the bed does not adjust as it should, I have the netpune 4 max and of the 6 wheels it has it is well leveled in 3 of them and the other 3 it is impossible to level, if I level the point 6, point 1 is no longer level and if I level 1, point 6 is no longer level

When I make an adjustment like this it is never saved? When I start another print the z-offset value always resets to what it was before.

not working the version from the oficial site is .zip uncompresing it u get xxxx.tar.gz and u say no decompress it so... and if u do u get files so thats not supossed to work like that we need some clarification plz

For anyone struggling at the 5:00 mark and the cable clip here's what I was able to do that matched what was in the video after very careful examination. You are straightening the cable as much as possible after it is plugged into the extruder. If you are facing the printer, place your hands where the cable lines up with the left tie rod and fold it like a taco towards you. You are going to take the clip, pry open the closed section with your hand, and squeeze the cable inside both spots on the clip. Put the clip peg first into the holes at the top near the tie rod like in the video, then screw in the screw. It took me a minute to hold everything in place but I eventually got it.

why do the instructions say do not decompress but the compressed version is tar.gz and on the video its just.tar like its been decompressed./ this is confusing and requires clarity.

Must say so far I’m not very happy with this product. You really shouldn’t have to do this to a new device.

i got everything but the screen firmware to update. i do everything in the video but it never updates. plus my leveling page doesnt work, i cant manually level anymore.

How about showing a dirty gritted up laser like you really get on these and not a new one? That pathetic little brush will do nothing for cleaning up a gritted up pair of fans. Best bet is either replace or use a scraper to get the gunk off. Oh, by the way, those fan JST terminals on the board inside get brittle as hell and usually break off if you put any strain on them at all. Splice in some quick disconnects to do a proper job🤔😉

UPDATE yall. I bought it!!! Now just wait a full month for it to ship

At ruclips.net/video/94ITmIToMBM/видео.html I see two white lines on the edge of the screen near the cable connection side, what is that? I accidentally pierced the protective film and melted plastic onto the screen. While cleaning the screen, I accidentally wiped off one of the lines. Does this affect the lifespan of the screen?
